The Ticker Club is managed by an executive committee elected by Club members at its Annual General Meeting held in April each year.
The committee consists of four officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary & Treasurer) who are each elected for a two-year term and five other committee members elected annually, all of whom serve as the Club’s trustees. A full team of elected members is empowered to co-opt up to three further non-voting members.
