Our first Christmas Lunch & Prize Draw for three years took place on Wed 7th December at The Mersey Farm Brewer’s Fayre Restaurant, Sale.

It was well attended and enjoyed by all at this new venue.

Following the Raffle Prize Draw which took place at the lunch, Ian & Sue Harrison receive their 1st prize hamper           v 

< Volunteers’ Seminar : Monday 16th May     

The team were happy to be back at Wythenshawe for our first Volunteers’ and Visitors’ Seminar in three years due to Covid.

With a return to ward & clinic visiting expected soon, the team were brought up to date by ward F6 and critical care lead nursing staff, a catheter lab radiographer and a surgical care practitioner who spoke about applications of the Vein Harvester, purchased for the Hospital by the Club.

Our 2022 Annual General Meeting, back to its usual time of year, took place on Wednesday 27th April at the Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham, and was attended by a total of eighteen committee and members.

The Annual General Meeting, postponed from April, finally took place face-to-face at the Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham.  A number of new faces were a hopeful sign for the Club’s future

The Club’s Annual Christmas Party & Prize Draw returned to the Cresta Court Hotel after a year’s gap.  Once again the Raffle raised over £2,000 in support of Club funds

Fifty Club members and friends enjoyed this annual social event where it was announced that this year’s Prize Draw had brought in a record total of over £5,200
